I am a certified psychologist in Amsterdam offering therapy in English and Spanish. I specialize in working with expats and moved to Amsterdam, Netherlands, in 2022, right at the end of the pandemic.

I have lived as an expat in several countries: Germany, Peru, Turkey, and now in the Netherlands. I understand perfectly the challenges that come with moving to another country, such as facing cultural shock, loneliness, and the stress of adapting to a new place. 

Learning to manage frustration and uncertainty has become part of my adaptation process.
